Our selective screening process set the industry standard, and includes:

• Initial telephone interview
• Face-to-face interview with a specialty trained coordinator
• Rigorous evaluation of practical skills, literacy, integrity and personality
• Thorough background screening, including fingerprinting to check for criminal records and at least three references.
• Routine telephone follow-up or home visits to ensure continuing client satisfaction
